About

The swing dance is part of a host of events by Karen Lile Productions in partnership with Treasure Island Museum. The dance will be proceeded by recognition of our history, and world premieres for art, music and film from 7-8 pm. Mike Young’s Mood Swing Orchestra will play live for 3 hours of dancing to Big Band music from the 1930’s from 8-11 pm.

The theme for the Treasure Island Museum is “Inspiring Past – Innovative Future” and the tremendous accomplishments of collaboration and skill that created the Golden Gate International Exposition on Treasure Island, has inspired our producers and creative artists to contribute to that legacy in 2022.

Dress: Festive. Vintage Dress Admired But Not Required.
