Ralph Stackpole: Stone and Fresco Master of Montgomery Street

Ralph Stackpole created significant sculptures for two world’s fairs in San Francisco: "Worship" for the Panama Pacific Exposition in 1915, and "Pacifica" for the Golden Gate International Exposition in 1939-40.

Respected local historian Bruce Marwick will return to Treasure Island Museum with a presentation that explores Stackpole's legacy, including his unique relationship with Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo.

Marwick's engaging program will be presented live online via Zoom on Saturday, July 25 at 10:30 am.
