"There's a lot of people that haven't heard of it, or even been there, been here. I tell them it's a nice
community to live, and we're growing. They have, well, we have a little ways to go because, well, I'll tell them now is we're rebuilding. And wait until it's done. But no, it's a nice community. As far as opportunities for someone, if they just really, really wanted to move somewhere and have an opportunity to get in with the community and see what they offer, then it would be a great place, I think."
